*Appointment Policy* 

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we 
operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top 
priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please 
realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. 



*Patient Arrival Policy* 

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs and cats must be on a 
leash or in a carrier and properly controlled while in the lobby waiting 
area. 
For your convenience, 'day-stay' appointments are available. A 'day-stay' 
means you could bring your pet and leave him/her with us for the day. 
Usually we will ask you to 'drop off' sometime in the morning so our 
doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time 
purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, a 
technician will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and set up a 'go 
home' time or she will ask additional questions if more information is 
needed. 


*Payment Policy* 

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our 
patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 

2. We accept Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. All cards must 
be signed by the owner of the card. 

3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as 
well. Safe Harbor Animal Hospital understands this and can make special 
arrangements through the CareCredit or Paypal program. It takes just 5 
minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your

*Emergency Policy* 

We see emergencies during regular business hours, please contact our 
hospital. 

If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, we

internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside 
parties from us or our web site hosting company. It's that simple! And we 
strictly adhere to this policy. 

Safe Harbor Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the 
personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who 
simply visit our site. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At 
no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without
